Belt Sizing and Assembly Instructions

Remove the buckle: Loosen the two set screws on the back of the buckle using the supplied Allen key. Lift the buckle clamp to release the teeth, then remove the belt strap from the buckle.

Calculate your belt length: Start with your usual pant waist size. Add 4 inches for standard wear or outside-the-waistband (OWB) carry, or add 6 inches for inside-the-waistband (IWB) carry.
Example: For a 34-inch pant size, measure the belt to 38 inches for standard or OWB carry, or 40 inches for IWB carry.

Measure and trim: Measure from the ratchet-track end toward the plain buckle end. Mark the calculated length, then cut the plain end using sharp, heavy-duty scissors or shears. Cut conservatively and test the fit before removing any additional length.

Reattach the buckle: Insert the freshly cut end fully into the buckle, then firmly press the buckle clamp down so the teeth grip the belt securely.

Secure the screws: Once the buckle teeth are fully clamped, gently tighten both set screws until they sit flush. Do not overtighten, as this may damage or strip the screws.

Adjust the fit: Feed the belt through the buckle until the ratchet mechanism clicks into a secure and comfortable position.
Important: If you are unsure about the required length, trim the belt gradually and test the fit between cuts. Once material has been removed, it cannot be added back.
